Official confirmation of the wife and wife's mom in no hurry to return. In all fairness there's no REASON for them to make decent time, except out of principle...which really seems more like a man thing anyway.
Slept in. Nice and quiet. Ate red meat...no beer (yet). Good run and nice *small* training session. Watching "Rocky".
